Rajesh Prasad

Rajesh is Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He has always had a passion for financial markets and brings with him, extensive experience of trading in various instruments across the globe.

He promoted a company in the wireless space, which developed a state of the art mobile streaming platform for financial information on handheld devices. This company was nominated as “Showcase Company for IT innovation” by NASSCOM in year 2005.
Rajesh has extensive senior level experience in the Indian Corporate sector in companies like Reliance ADAG group & Larsen & Toubro. As an Operating Board member of Reliance Infra distribution companies, he guided the operating team on operational and strategic matters.

He led strategy & Business Development initiative for Reliance ADAG group & has worked extensively on valuing companies & businesses. His tenure with Bauer, a German multinational in construction equipment and projects has provided him with rich multicultural and international experience.

At WealthSpring, he is responsible for Business Strategy & Sales and is a member of the Investment Council.

Kunal is a Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani and an alumnus of FMS, Delhi. He has a passion for innovation and technology. He pioneered a solution for Electronic Shelf Labels in 2004 using RFID, targeted to the retail segment.

He has leadership experience in Technology strategy and enterprise transformation and has led global teams to win, execute and successfully deploy large complex programs targeted to organizations in capital markets, wealth management, investment banking, and retail banking.

Kunal has extensive international experience having worked with companies such as NIIT, CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) and UST Global in India and the US. His charter has been building strategic business in technology services providing value to clients as trusted adviser and helping drive their business & technology objectives.
Since 1997 he has been based in New Jersey. He loves traveling, reading and watching movies and shows. In 2015, he authored a crime thriller which has received good reviews.

At WealthSpring, he is responsible for the Business Strategy & Technology Platform and setting Digital & Robo Advisory strategy for the firm.

Ashok is an MBA from IIM, Bangalore and a BTech (Honors) in Electrical Engineering IIT, Kharagpur. He has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, currencies and commodities.

He has experience in managing proprietary investments in India and Singapore in investment banking, syndicating equity and debt for the energy and utility sector projects in the ASEAN and Greater China markets with CLSA Global Emerging Markets and BNP Paribas.

In South Asia, he has been the Chief Operating Officer both at BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) India and at ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) Futures Singapore and briefly the South Asia Head of Compliance at ICAP plc. the world’s largest Inter-Dealer Broker.

Ashok has served as Independent Director on the Boards of Bank of India Shareholding Ltd., ICCL and Central Depository Services Ltd. He was also a Working Committee Member of the Asian Federation of Exchanges (AOSEF) in Tokyo and a Trustee of Investor Protection Fund in India.

At WealthSpring he is a member of the Investment Council and guiding the Investment & Advisory decisions of the firm.
